Remember that cats fear loud noises. When you scream at a cat, he will just become scared and won't understand that the scream means "NO". No, if repeated, the cat will just get mean. Cats don't understand punishment. One minute they're doing something they like, and the next they're swatted. They connect the two. As in the video, reward good behavior, don't punish bad behavior.
