Remember that cats fear loud noises. When you scream at a cat, he will just become scared and won't understand that the scream means "NO". Do as the video recommends, stop moving and find a toy because the little wild beast wants to play. There are some other little tricks that work for some cats. Saying "OW" in a soft but high voice when you stop sometimes gets the cat's attention. If the cat really wants affection rather than playing, hold him tighter (not too tight) and he may relax.

 No, if repeated, the cat will just get mean. Cats don't understand punishment. One minute they're doing something they like, and the next they're swatted. They connect the two. As in the video, reward good behavior, don't punish bad behavior.
